KiwiBurn Ex-Comm meeting 2009/03/23
Attending: Allyn, Wendy, Jodi, Polly, Rich, Mark

Jodi - Bean Counter Report:
final report pending.
first draft of report is currently online
radios have been ordered
conference phone has been ordered (and since the meeting the phone has been delivered, but it still needs to be tested)
Polly - Mudfop book / Security:
report pending
Allyn taking over Secretary duties from Rich as of this meeting
Wendy - H&S report
pending Medic report from Polly
overall a good year for H&S
Date for KiwiBurn 2010
pending dates for Splore (we're still waiting)
attempting to work around school holidays

there was some discussion about pants, or maybe the lack thereof and/or something in Wendy's pants

I see that Splore have posted their dates - feb 19-21... some of us will want to do this as well...
yes it would be really great if we could be within the school holidays as I got into big trouble this year for keeping Daniel away from his first week of school
how about the last weekend in jan as that would also be a full moon, again an excuse to go crazy... |

we are in fact looking at the last weekend of January as our date specifically to try and be within the school holidays.
with that in mind we are currently working to find out what dates the site will be available to us.
we'll post an announcement just as soon as we can |
